Bookings and Cancellation Policy:
Bookings are confirmed with card details and payment of one night or one third deposit, whichever is the greater.
Cancellation. A full refund of deposit is given on 48 hours of notice of cancellation. If no notification of 48 hours is given the deposit may be retained. For apartment bookings and during Melbourne Special Events one week notice of cancellation is required for full refund of deposit. |
